The 185th Special Operations Squadron located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is looking for qualified prior-rated Weapon Systems Officer (WSO) and Combat Systems Officer (CSO) candidates. The Squadron is transitioning to the OA-1K. This position is for prior-rated WSO / CSO / NFO applicants to fly the OA-1K as Weapon Systems Officers (WSO). The OA-1K is Air Force Special Operations Command’s Armed Overwatch/Precision Strike/ Light Attack Aircraft.

Interview boards for Prior-Rated applicants are held at the discretion of the squadron based on current squadron hiring needs. Typically, this is 2x a year, but can be adjusted as needed. A full application package is required and can be submitted anytime via email to 185SOS.Accessions.org@us.af.mil. An interview is not guaranteed; the squadron will determine which applicants receive interviews. If selected to interview, an interview board date will be set for Saturday of a scheduled Drill Weekend, and applicants will be notified. If selected for the position, you will receive a call and/or email notifying you. Dress is business attire for current civilians or Flight Suit/ OCPs for military. Active duty military applicants must be within one year of their ADSC.
