ODL Services has multiple openings for experienced pilots across several models of the King Air family of aircraft in our Training Systems Division. These aircraft support operations in the vicinity of Lexington Park, MD; Virginia Beach, VA and San Diego. CA. Applicants must demonstrate extensive flight experience combined with a history of supporting dynamic flight operations for the Department of Defense. Applicants must be US Citizens and must be eligible for immediate access to classified information at the Secret level.
Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) of contractor owned-operated aircraft flying in support of military training, exercises and equipment testing.
Support US Navy operations to include low altitude flight ops over water, both day and night.
Follow scripted flight profiles, respond to close control by ground, shipboard and airborne radar controllers while operating in proximity to other contractor and government aircraft.
Utilize standard communications brevity terms and military-standard radio communications while replicating a variety of coalition and threat aircraft capabilities.
Operate a variety of voice and data communications systems while participating in electronic warfare and Link-16 operations and exercises.
Record and collect data to be used for client analysis and debriefs.
Extensive travel to locations in the vicinity of Navy and Marine Corps installations in the US and the Bahamas is required.
Experience And Qualifications Required
Commercial Pilot certificate is required, ATP is desired.
At least 1,500 hours of total pilot time is required.
At least 100 hours of night time and 75 hours of actual instrument time is required.
King Air recurrent training within the last 12 months is required.
A current BFR and IPC performed in the King Air or King Air simulator is required.
A current Secret clearance is required for this position.
