I&#8217;m currently an Active Duty Navy P-8 pilot and researching some options for Guard units. I&#8217;ve emailed a few recruiters and I&#8217;m 3/3 on them telling me I&#8217;d apply for the UPT board instead of the Rated boards. Does that jive with everyone else&#8217;s experience? Thanks for any insight&hellip;</p>

I was a little surprised by that one. I can&#8217;t imagine it&#8217;ll sway too many people&#8217;s minds, it seems like everyone has pretty much made their minds up one way or another before they&#8217;re on the boards.</p>
