Also a more specific regulation to ANG is th DAFI 36-2137, unfortunately still does not give a “max age” for age waivers or anything besides the typical age of 33.

What kind of Units are you looking at? MAF (C-130, C-17, KC-135) or CAF (F-35, F-16, F-15)

I definitely think that in addition to your other efforts, I would look around to other Guard/Reserve Units.

Make a list of “what’s important to you?”…Location?…Airframe?…Work-Life Balance?…Long Term Aviation Goals?…etc.
