MAF (C-130, C-17, KC-135) or CAF (F-35, F-16, F-15)</p>
<p>I definitely think that in addition to your other efforts, I would look around to other Guard/Reserve Units.</p>
<p>Make a list of &#8220;what&#8217;s important to you?&#8221;&#8230;Location?&#8230;Airframe?&#8230;Work-Life Balance?&#8230;Long Term Aviation Goals?&#8230;etc.</p>

From my understanding it isn&#8217;t uncommon to work conditional releases to go to UPT out of the Navy into Air guard. I&#8217;m also working hard to bail out&hellip;</p>
