Reach out to POC before having test scores?

In several of the openings posted, there is a list of requirements for items to be submitted. Is it acceptable to reach out to the listed POC before actually having some of the items in hand?

Specifically, I have taken the AFOQT and have my scores. But I am trying to schedule my TBAS. Many bases want that score, and even the milrecruiter…
