My flying partner in T1s at UPT was a 36 year old Major.. former C130 navigator. On an age waiver for a C130 guard unit. Apparently the unit that hired him had converted from F16s to c130s and so lost a lot of pilots and was giving out age waivers to fill some of the spots.
