<p>The pilots go straight to NAS Whidbey Island, WA to go through the Growler Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS, the Navy version of the USAF FTU) and then do an operational tour in a Navy Growler squadron. They&hellip;</p>

<p>I’m Chris “Keebler” Familetti, a Navy EA-18G Growler Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO). I’ve spent 16 years flying the Growler and its predecessor the Prowler, and I’m happy to provide any gouge on the hidden gem that is the Navy Growler community, and Navy Tacair in general.</p>
