<p>Just looking for any advice in relation to the non-aviator AD Navy to ANG/AFRC Pilot path. For reference I&#8217;ve just recently passed my 6 year AD mark, I&#8217;m an O-3 Surface Warfare Officer at 28 yrs old and now that I&#8217;m on my shore duty I&#8217;m working toward trying to transition to a flying career that I am too far along in the officer&hellip;</p>
