I&#8217;m curious if this may change how some Guard/Reserve units hire since everyone is, at least for now, required to attend IPT whether they have a PPL or not. I took my TBAS last month and the joystick at the testing center looked like it came straight out of a f16&#8230;.It was far better than I expected in terms of the actual quality of the joystick.
