M&N Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and skilled First Officer to join our team, operating the Challenger 300 jet based in Van Nuys, CA. This position involves flying under FAR Part 91 (private/corporate) and FAR Part 135 (charter) operations, providing safe and efficient air transportation for our clients.

As a Challenger 300 First Officer, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering world-class service while adhering to the highest safety standards. You will work closely with the Captain to ensure successful pre-flight planning, in-flight operations, and post-flight procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Captain in all aspects of flight operations, including pre-flight planning, weather evaluation, fuel calculation, and route selection.
Perform co-pilot duties for both FAR Part 91 and FAR Part 135 flights, ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections, ensuring the aircraft is airworthy and all necessary documentation is up to date.
Assist in managing aircraft maintenance issues and communicating with ground crews to address any mechanical concerns.
Support the Captain in decision-making and execution of flights to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time performance.
Ensure that passengers receive a high level of service and comfort throughout their journey.
Maintain current knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, and procedures specific to the Challenger 300.
Assist in the completion of flight logs, operational reports, and other required documentation.
Attend and complete ongoing training to ensure proficiency and currency in both FAR Part 91 and Part 135 operations.

Job Requirements:
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating.
Minimum of 1,500 total flight hours, with at least 500 hours in multi-engine aircraft.
ATP written or ATP certificate preferred.
Challenger 300 type rating preferred, but not required.
Experience operating under FAR Part 91 and/or FAR Part 135.
Current first-class medical certificate.
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aviation safety, and operational procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in business jet aviation or charter operations.
CL30 type rating with recent flight experience.
Familiarity with Van Nuys and Southern California airspace.
