It’s my understanding that ALOs don’t exist anymore in the same capacity it used to. I was barking up this tree last year, same stats as posted above and couldn’t find much. Hoping someone else on here has some ideas.

I’m not an expert, and I’m not in that community but I was doing some digging last year. The Malmstrom unit is a temporary unit to bridge the gap until the AFRC FTU at Maxwell is fully operational.

I believe some day that unit will hire off the street to fly their MH-139s but as of last year speaking to the SQ/CC they were only interested in…
