Think of your top units and get out and visit them, also visit any unit you are planning to apply to. It’s expensive, but when age is not in your side you have to unfortunately lean on that. When I started this whole process I was almost talked into enlisting because a recruiter told me that would be the easiest way to get a pilot slot and I wouldn’t even go to basic before I was picked up for UPT. Needless to say I caught him with his pants around his ankles in&hellip;</p>

Depending on the injury, if it’s old enough it may not even need a waiver.</p>

I also did a couple interview prep sessions with Snip that weren’t exactly application reviews, but based on the way he critiqued my interview answers I would bet he is another awesome coach for packet review. I honestly can’t imagine you go wrong with any coach though.</p>

Granted I can’t imagine referring to the wing will upset anyone, but squadrons tend to be a bit more specific versus a wing which is a bit more broad.</p>

I knew if I was signed up, I would be forced to train and start running… Within a couple weeks running 3 miles from the worst thing in the world to just kind of a warm up.
