Do I have a chance?
I’m 31 and I know my age is a deterrent. I have years of deploying experience as a civilian sensor operator, BS, MS and MBA. I’m an instrument rated private pilot with 270hrs.
Is it worth a shot to take all the tests? I’m mostly willing to go to 50% or the units, I just want honest opinion. I’ll be 32 next spring, am I too late to the game? If there is a shot I’ll hit the books and study for the tests. I just feel very conflicted as it’s something I want and have thought about for years but was always too involved with my day job to give it the attention it needed. Now I’m in a good position and am finally ready to give the applications and studying the time it needs.
