ANG/AFR Interview Debrief
Posted by Jeremy on June 30, 2023 at 12:46 pmHey guys! I figured a centralized place for people to share their interview experiences would be nice to have so it’s all easy to find.
If you’ve interviewed anywhere recently (and as you continue to interview), use this as a place to share anything you can about the experience, the questions you were asked, or anything else you think might be helpful for the group (including what aircraft it was for).
Hopefully this can serve as a resource for everyone preparing for an interview to help be more prepared and ready to knock it out of the park!

All of the above mentioned questions, in addition:
Three different variations on the “shooting down civilian airliner/civilian casualties” question back to back

If you could have dinner with one fictional and one real person, who would it be? (I’ll be the first to admit that I stumbled hard on this question since I’d been expecting a similar “one person dead/one alive” question and my mind went blank on fictional characters)

RC-26, MQ-9, MC-12W/OA1K, and KC-135:

4. What makes a great leader? What makes a bad one?
