Is there a difference between Navy and AF flight physicals? Would a Navy class 1 flight physical fulfill the same requirements/be transferable to AF without another person exam? Thanks in advance!

The composition of the Navy/Marine and AF flight physicals are very similar. They use the same form (DD 2992) and basically look at the same things.

However, from an administrative stand point depending on your background a Navy/USMC flight physical will not transfer to a USAF Flying Class 1. If you’re ready a pilot in the USN/USMC then there would be some transferability between your USN/USMC flight physical to a USAF FC1.

If you aren’t currently a pilot then it won’t transfer and you’ll have to get to Wright Pat to get a USAF IFC1.

Example, I had a Student Naval Aviator flight physical but am not yet a pilot so the USAF had me still go get an IFC1 from Wright Pat.

    Hope this answers your question.
