Thoughts about this paragraph in Letter of Rec?
I get along well with my supervisor, who wrote this paragraph as part of the letter. I know he means well. But I’m not sure how this will come across to the Board who doesn’t know me. Do I sound hard to get along with? Thoughts please?:
“ There is no better word to describe her than tenacious. In working with her, I have found that she is determined to overcome any obstacle that lies before her. Even when faced with a considerable challenge, she is dedicated to achieving her goals. Additionally, she is the first to speak up if she feels something is wrong. She will pursue a solution to a problem, no matter how difficult or unpopular it may be to do so. I find that these qualities are all too uncommon, yet clearly present in her. “
