Job Description:
Embark on a new chapter as a Direct Entry Captain with Air Cargo Carriers. Enjoy a balanced 3 weeks on/1 week off schedule, working 15 nights each month. Benefit from CASS and KCM perks, along with jumpseat agreements across airlines. Elevate your career and lifestyle with us.
Schedule CONUS:
Work 15 nights/month with a 3 weeks on/1 week off schedule
Schedule OCONUS
Work 16-22 days/month
150% pay for working off days (at the will of the crewmember)
Flow through agreements with Omni Air (guaranteed interview) and ABX (guaranteed job).
We offer CASS and KCM benefits as well as jumpseat agreements with all airlines
Job Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Upon successful completion of training, you will move directly into a Captain role for the company.
As a Captain you are responsible for flight preparation and completion, maintaining flight logs, charts, reports, and more.
This is a fast-paced job where additional duties can be assigned by the Chief Pilot or Director of Operations.
High school diploma or GED
Commercial Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating
FCC restricted radiotelephone operator permit
Valid US Passport
U.S. citizen or permanent resident who has resided in the U.S. for the past 5 years
You must be able to verify your previous employment dates for a 10-year period, with each past employer as per our USPS postal route contact requirements (unless unemployed or a student for a portion of the 10-year period).
Must be willing to relocate to any base open with Air Cargo Carriers
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
4-year college degree
Airline Transport Pilot Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating
1500+ total hours
50+ hours of multi-engine time
Part 135 experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT– please note you must meet all requirements to be considered for this direct-entry captain role.
1200 total hours
500 hours cross country
100 hours night
75 hours instrument
PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position you must be open and willing to work at any Air Cargo Carriers location.
Candidates would not be assigned a work location until the end of training.
The training takes place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and typically last 6-8 weeks. Company provides housing, paid training, and per diem.
