customer-focused organization, we take pride in delivering exceptional experiences to our passengers while ensuring the utmost safety and efficiency in all our operations. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced CJ3 Captains to join our team.

As a CJ3 Captain at SkySouth Aviation, you will be responsible for safely and professionally operating our Citation Jet 3 (CJ3) aircraft while providing top-notch service to our valued clientele. You will lead a team of aviation professionals to ensure smooth and enjoyable flights for our passengers. This is a full-time position with a schedule of seven days on and seven days off.  SkySouth operates a company owned non-floating fleet.  All trips begin and end at our home base.  This allows our pilots to be home between flights.  A large share of our flights are organ transplant flights which allows our pilots to build more flight hours than typical charter flights would.  We average about four flight hours per crew day.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate the Citation Jet 3 (CJ3) aircraft 
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
Lead a team of aviation professionals for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies
Collaborate with flight planning team for efficient routes
Handle emergency situations following established procedures
Maintain accurate flight records and documentation

$15,000 sign-on bonus (paid out over the first three quarters)

Job Requirements:
Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with CJ3 (CE-525) type rating
The strong candidate will have at least 2,000 flight hours, with significant CJ experience
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Excellent safety record and compliance with regulations

Flexibility for the 7 on 7 off schedule
