HondaJet Captains/First Officers

Job Description:
Soar Air is currently seeking HondaJet captains and first officers for part 135 operations out of Palm Springs International (KPSP). We are seeking safety focused, service-oriented pilots who will provide our clients with the best possible flight experience. 

Soar Air is a pilot focused company. The term “quality of life” is constantly thrown around by employers, with none of them actually following through on their promise. In contrast, we are dedicated to providing our pilots with the healthiest and most rewarding lifestyle possible. In order to achieve this, we operate on a home based, two weeks on, two weeks off schedule. This schedule provides our pilots with over a month off more per year when compared to a typical 8/6 schedule.  

Compensation Package: 

Captains:

$150,000 per year 
$1,000/day for each day over normal 14-day schedule, this time would be voluntary, not required 
Medical, Dental, Life insurance, 401k and Paid Vacation (after probationary 90 days)  
FOs:

Typed and current: $90,000 per year, non-typed: $70,000 per year 
$500/day for each day over normal 14-day schedule, this time would be voluntary, not required 
Medical, Dental, Life insurance, 401k and Paid Vacation (after probationary 90 days)  

Job Requirements:
Captains:

FAA-ATP/ First Class Medical/FCC Radio License 
3000 hours TT 
1500 hours PIC 
1000 hours Jet 
250 HondaJet 
Passport 
Background check and drug testing 

FOs:

FAA-Commercial Instrument Multi/First Class Medical/FCC Radio License 
1000 hours TT 
500 hours  PIC 
Passport 
Background check and drug testing
