Hey guys,
My name’s JT Wood from jax, FL. Currently pursuing an ANG Career to compliment airline career. My background stems from Liberty University where I got my B.S. In aeronautics, was a scholarship football player (TE), got my ratings, and become an instructor pilot for the school. Shortly after college worked my way into a charter operation becoming their operations manager and got typed on the CE-525, CE-500, and CE-560XL. With aircraft owners selling their jets, I made my way to the 121 world flying the ERJ-175. Can’t shake my desire for military aviation so with the help of some mentors recently took the AFOQT and TBAS (97 PCSM, 97 Pilot). I’m 24 so not entirely in a huge rush just super excited to see where this journey takes me. At the moment seems like there’s some down time between boards so if anyone’s in the jax area let’s grab a drink at Pete’s, 1st round is on me. ????????

Hey Ethan, yeah man it would be the most ideal situation having the unit in town so it is my number 1, but I’ve very open to most fighter squadrons. I wouldn’t wanna completely kill my chances because of comfort and practicability.
