Are younger applicants then seen as less as a priority compared to older applicants for unsponsored slots? I’d imagine the “free agent” aspect of the unsponsored UPT slot could be appealing to younger applicants looking at fighters (fwiw I’m not sure if this is still current; the milrecruiter page mentioned heavies only but I thought this was…
