Is there anybody who has encountered this before, or has some idea as to why this could be? *See attached photo.*
I purchased an “interview prep.” block as an add-on, but it won’t let me actually schedule the 1-on-1, and it said that it’s restricted on my account. I submitted the online inquiry, but I also can’t seem to find any customer service phone numbers anywhere.
