Several years ago Eglin AFB lost its WSEP mission which was disappointing to everyone who loved spending their days shooting boats and their evenings on the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. But since the arrival of the F35 at Eglin, the mission is expanding once again and the opportunities for young pilots emerging. What is next!? Maybe a TFI Reserve F35 FTU squadron next?
