    Greetings Bogi Dopers,

    I’m Steven “VEGAS” Schneck. I spent the last 12 years as a Naval Aviator, flying the MH-60S.

    Having gone through the OCS Board selection process to gain my Pilot slot and then a few competitively selected programs after that, I’m excited to share my insight with everyone on board.

    I’m transitioning (as best I can) to the world of civilian aviation now, and maybe even finding myself of ANG/AFR gig to keep wearing a green suit.

    Happy to answer any questions you might have about boards, prepping for evaluations, LORs, etc.
