Not sure how I would answer that one.

“If you don’t get this job, what are your plans for the future/next steps?”
Aside from getting in my own head about the suggestion that I already don’t have the job, I’ve never really been sure if my answer to this one is meaningful, unexpected, or just boring. I think I’ve initially answered “keep applying to other units”, but I think a better answer may be “ask for feedback about how to improve my application and then act upon such feedback while continuing to improve as an aviator and leader,” or some variant of this.
