After doing the UPT webinar a few weeks back we saw several questions from folks on how the scoring works. Below is an article from BogiDope that was posted by Husky several months ago in the discussion thread about it. For those of you new since then and those going to UPT here is a great read! Guard folks still pay attention because you still have to perform to get your fighter/faip qual.

Great post, Cage! It’s never been more important to be educated on the UPTisms. Something seems to be changing in that arena daily, and it behooves everyone to know how the sausage is made and what they need to do to get where they want to be.
