Guten Morgen BogiDope community! Instead of an article post I wanted to do a fighter pilot cultural post which is for every aspiring driver. The list below are some very important components to our heritage and I will say get familiar with!

Music: Dos Gringos (Can be found on Spotify)

• DG was started in 2001 by two viper pilots at the time, Trip and Snooze. They are a staple to fighter culture and their songs are played in heritage bars world wide.

Movie: Iron Eagle (1986)

• Your classic 80s military movie! Unknown to a lot but the USAF was approached to make “top gun”, wouldn’t have been the same title, but turned it down. So this has been widely adopted as the AF answer.
• I will say we did beat top gun to 2 additional sequels before TG2!

Book: Fighter Pilot, the memoir of legendary ace Robin Olds.

• Col Olds is a staple and corner stone to fighter pilot culture and heritage. Mustache March, you guessed it for Robin Olds. A hell of a read about a true legend.
