As everyone knows there is a pilot shortage in the Air Force. For years they have been asking “how do we fix it” and not really listening to the people they should. I wish there was a better approach for the OTS selection process (AD). As it stands, 1 pilot slot per rated board for a region of 4 states seems outlandish.
