Congratulations to @QUEST for earning the top spot during last night’s first-ever BogiDope Bootcamp Mock Hiring Board—a strong finish to an intense 8-week program. 🏆

Throughout the Bootcamp, members worked through a structured timeline of application refinement, interview prep, small group breakout sessions, and multiple rounds of feedback with our coaches. The coaches ( @SIC , @SMAX , @Sharky , @Smack-Meier ) selected four finalists (@andrewfragala , @mhabib , @Ben_N , and @QUEST ) out of a stacked field of Bootcamp members.

The final mock hiring board brought it all together by conducting a live mock hiring board to give the finalists a taste of what a real, high-pressure interview will feel like while allowing the rest of the class to get a behind-the-scenes look from the hiring board perspective. It was the most realistic way to test an applicant’s competitiveness we’ve ever done.
