      I am currently going through the process of becoming a crew chief for a guard unit I want to fly for. Anyone have experience going from enlisted guard to guard pilot?

        Cassi,

        Many successful ANG Pilots began their careers as enlisted crew chiefs.  I even know units that elected to hold closed hiring boards, only inviting currently-serving enlisted members from within the wing. Hit the ground running, do we’ll at BMT/Tech School and learn your job well.  Your performance on the job and your reputation amongst your peers and supervisors is the most important thing to focus on right now.  Good luck to you!
