Ever wish you could talk to someone who already interviewed at your dream job in order to get the inside scoop for what to expect for your upcoming interview?

Well, we just finished creating a new tool called “Trip Reports.” This is database of community generated job interview debriefs.

How it works: If you’ve ever interviewed for an Air Force (Guard, Reserve, OTS, UPT, CSO, or Rated), Airline, or Army aircrew position, you can anonymously fill out a debrief form of how the interview went. What questions were asked, what was the process, any curveballs, etc?

If you have an upcoming interview at a squadron or airline, you’ll now be able to search the database for any interview gouge provided from previous interviewees.

The bigger the database is, the more helpful it becomes. SO…

If you’ve ever interviewed for an aircrew position in the Air Force, Airlines, or Army, please fill out a Trip Report. It takes less than 5 minutes and really helps dismystify the interview process for others in the community. There’s no limit to how many you can fill out, so the more the better!
