Hello, BogiDope Members 

I am a 17 year old senior in high school and will be attending college and majoring in Aviation. In college I will earn my Instrument, Commercial, Multi, CFI, CFI Instrument, and CFI Multi ratings. As I have said in a previous post I am currently in flight training for my private pilot’s license. I am also a Cadet 1st Lt in the Civil Air Patrol and plan to fly for CAP as soon as I get my license. With all this being said how likely would I be to earn a fighter pilot slot in the Air National Guard? I know I am years away from this feat but I just want to get an idea of where I stand amongst the competition. Also, I would be very grateful if any of you all could tell me anything I should be doing right now or should do in the future to make my application the best. I really appreciate all replies.
