Hi all,

I have a quick question about submitting application packages to different Guard/Reserve bases: When collecting letters of recommendation for each application, is it generally recommended to have the letters submitted “blind” (aka – I never see the letter)? Or is it acceptable to have the letters sent directly to myself to make the actual applying process simpler?

I would imagine this probably depends on the location, but want to make sure that if this is an unwritten expectation, that I act accordingly.
