Joining the Guard after Invol Sep
Does anyone know how difficult, or what hoops have to be jumped through in order to be hired by a guard/reserve unit after Involuntary separation. I heard that it was possible but a waiver was needed. Any info/pub reference will be helpful!
Context: A second time passed over Major with an existing 5+year ADSC and declines continuance.
