Location: Nashville, TN/Fairhope, AL
Aircraft: Dassault Falcon 50EX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The Falcon 50EX First Officer is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the company’s Falcon 50EX aircraft. The aircraft is based at KCQF, though it frequently operates out of the Nashville, TN area. The Chief Pilot is currently based in the Nashville region and commutes to KCQF as operationally required. This position supports entertainment industry operations and may involve irregular schedules, including late-night travel.
This role requires a strong commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and maintaining positive working relationships. The ideal candidate must demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when working with executives, guests, and sensitive travel schedules.
Flight Operations
• Serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) on the Falcon 50EX.
• Assist the Captain in all phases of flight (planning through post-flight).
• Perform flight planning, weather/NOTAM review, fuel and performance calculations.
• Ensure accurate weight & balance and checklist compliance.
• Coordinate with ATC, FBOs, and maintenance as directed.
Safety & Compliance
• Maintain FAA currency, medical, and training requirements.
• Participate in recurrent and simulator training.
• Support safety reporting, SMS compliance, and operational documentation standards.
Crew & Passenger Support
• Demonstrate strong CRM and professionalism.
• Assist with passenger briefings and deliver high-level customer service.
• Maintain cabin readiness, discretion, and confidentiality.
Operational Support
• Assist with trip logistics, maintenance coordination, and aircraft appearance standards.
• Support hangar operations and company reporting requirements.
Aircraft utilization: Less than 300 flight hours annually.
Job Requirements:
• Commercial Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine); ATP preferred
• FAA First Class Medical
• 1,500+ total flight hours
• Valid passport
• Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol screening
• Strong communication skills and schedule flexibility (including weekends/holidays)
Preferred
• 500+ multi-engine turbine hours
• Falcon 50EX type rating or Falcon series experience (type provided if needed)
• Corporate aviation experience (Part 91/135)
• International operations experience (RVSM / RNP / MNPS)
• Familiarity with SMS programs
