    Hello all,

    I am a prior service aviator and am currently exploring opportunities to apply for a rated pilot position. I understand there are age limits for selection; however, I wanted to ask if age waivers are ever considered for prior service pilots, and if so, what factors typically improve the likelihood of approval?”
