Curious where you heard that? They’re definitely still inviting people out for rushes.

My buddy just interviewed with them on the 29th of September, with more the following day. My only connections are to the 199th, so the other HIANG squadrons might do it differently in terms of visiting. The only “Invite rush” they do is for the 10 people they sponsor to the larger hiring board right before interviews. If you get in touch with a pilot then you can just ask to visit any drill weekend.
