    Hello everyone,

I’m currently seeking information regarding Air Force pilot medical disqualifications at Wright Patterson and would greatly appreciate any insights you might have.

I’m a 22-year-old full-time college student and part-time enlisted Guard member actively pursuing an ANG/Reserve pilot slot. I’m in the final stages of obtaining my Commercial Rating and close to completing my bachelor’s degree. Unfortunately, I encountered a setback over the summer due to a motorcycle accident, resulting in a concussion/TBI and a brain micro bleed. This incident led to an ER visit, multiple doctor appointments, and two brain MRIs, with all medical records related to the accident now in the military’s possession.

In the subsequent months, I experienced various post-concussion symptoms, but fortunately, most of these have since subsided. My mental state has significantly improved, and I feel almost back to my normal self. I’m eager to understand how this medical history might impact my journey to UPT. Is it likely to result in an immediate disqualification?

Any insights or guidance you can provide would be immensely appreciated.
