Thanks for letting us know. Almost every pilot flying today has a “no” somewhere in their file — squadrons often have one or two slots and a room full of qualified people.
Two things worth doing while it’s fresh: ask your POC what would have made you more competitive (most boards will tell you), and keep moving — one squadron’s no says nothing about the next one’s yes.
We’ve recorded the outcome for this interview, so no more check-in emails about it. When the next board comes around — and it will — tell us with the “I got the interview” form and we’ll get you ready again.
