Job Description:
Pilot, First Officer
Salary is $60,000 plus $25,000 annual bonus for making all flights. Robust benefits package including 401k. As a Pilot First Officer for Onshore Outsourcing, you are accountable for the safety and well-being of all flight passengers. Assist the Chief Pilot with pre-flight checks, monitors in-flight data and ensures smooth operations. Navigate the Citation 560 XL aircraft when required that is operated as FAA Part 91. Preference given to candidates within 150 miles of Palm Beach FL or being willing to relocate.

Pilot, First Officer Duties & Responsibilities
Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and procedures at all times
Conduct thorough pre-flight checks
Maintain accurate records of flight details such as flight times, fuel usage, maintenance intervals, etc. completing paperwork including flight plans, logbooks, and reports on accidents
Demonstrate good aeronautical decision-making ability
Read and understand aviation weather charts and determine safety of planned flight based on type of equipment being flown
Follow rules and protocols for specific flight operations; planning routes for flights based on fuel requirements and potential delays due to weather conditions or other factors. Navigating using charts and instruments in an IMC environment to ensure safe passage through various meteorological conditions and airspace
Assist with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date
Assist with other administrative tasks and work-related duties as assigned
Communicate through email, text, and phone calls effectively and in a timely manner
Keep the aircraft and hangar orderly, clean, and well stocked
Purchase and stock aircraft with cold drinks and a variety of snacks according to the CEO’s preference
Maintain physical and mental health in accordance with aviation regulations regarding drug use and medical certification. Including completing drug and alcohol screenings regularly and forwarding results to FAA
Assist with record of all flights and maintenance on the calendar and keep them up to date
May be required to arrange cars with FBO’s and other travel arrangements as needed
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to follow through on responsibilities
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Must work effectively with Mid & Senior-level executives and staff
Must have strong support orientation, demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information
Minimum 800 hours total flight time
Minimum 500 Pilot in Command hours
Commercial multi-instrument, multi engine ratings
Current FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
No restrictions on International Travel
Current US Passport
Ability to pass a 10-year security background check and pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
Pilot, First Officer Preferred Qualifications
Second in Command (SIC) Type
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
Typed PIC C-560-XL
FCC Radio License
