I was diagnosed with Mild Obstructive Sleep Apnea about 4 years ago due to a broken nose that was clogging up my nasal passages. I had surgery to re-open my nasal passages, and I now have minimal symptoms, sleep much better, and really have no breathing problems to speak of.
