    Follow-on question: anyone have experience submitting a medical ETP — any templates? Was fully rated DQ’d two years ago at WPAFB, now active duty. Civilian docs and AF docs say condition clearly healed — I’m currently completing preliminary IFC on-base. Is it possible to honor an old pilot slot or do I need to reboard with an approved ETP?
