Threats exist everywhere and are ever evolving but one major advantage the US has is its location. Having massive oceans and Canada and Mexico as our only major neighbors has given us a comfortability factor that most counties don’t have. Yes there are weapons that can “touch” CONUS but not without enough warning to prepare. Hypersonics however is a new beast and it’s nothing to take lightly and difficult as hell to tackle.
