The loss of potential wedge tails is a big deal to military aviators. E-3s have been around since the 80’s and you can only upgrade so much before the capacity no longer can handle it. Imagine trying to support playing a PS5 game on a PS1 you merged with some components from a PS3 and PS4. This doesn’t bode well for us moving into this world…

Once you get into the cockpit you train everyday like you’re going to fight, but new threats always arise and make training on the fly a reality. 6-9 months ago I would have laughed if you said F-35s would be “deploying” to Puerto Rico. this just shows how ever changing and high pace this career is and how you must always have your game face…

As the US is working to getting the T-7 online to boost USAF UPT training and output China and our adversaries are doing the same thing. Not a lot is currently known about the trainer but the article talks best guess of what China is trying to archive.
