Hi, I just took the TBAS at the start of Dec 2025 at Hill without a CAC. Im just a civilian so I was worried about getting base access but I was able to get it through the testing center with no problems. For scheduling, I found the phone number for the testing center on this website https://access.afpc.af.mil/pcsmdmz/TBASLocations.html

I called the number and the lady who runs the center was very helpful and was able to get me scheduled about three weeks out from when I called. She also provided me with base access that I picked up at the visitors center. If you have a recruiter helping you with scheduling, it sounds like that is the preferred channel to obtain base access but if you are like me and didn’t go through a recruiter I believe this is the only other option.
