Some Data on Age Waivers.
Seems like age waivers might be more common than the vibe suggests. Check out this AFRC UFT selection board announcement. This one (and the others I’ve seen), each show age waivers for about 10% of the selectees.
A did quick data mine of all the ones on mil recruiter. It seems like all the folks with waivers had unit sponsors (as opposed to unsponsored/AFRC sponsored), also a surprising age waiver for a F-16 unit. So get out there and work those resumes!

Sir, to be honest those are not good odds at all 😅. Especially, if you look at the total applicants that were selected.
