New Palace Chase?
A lot of pilots, myself included, got to the air reserve component (ARC e.g. guard+reserve) via a program called palace chase. That programs let you leave REGAF 6 months early if you joined an ARC unit.

Hot Pits but with bombs.
Hots pits blew my minds as a Lt. Land, refuel engine running and then blast for anothe sorite.
But more and more we’ll get bombs and gas on the pits.
Same as the hot pits describes above but another team uploads weapons. Its fast too – you’ve got just enoigh time for a bar and an energy drink.

Understatement.
Pilot is okay, and the engineers will study the “significant[ly] danaged” F-35.
These things happen, we lost one F-16 a month in the 80’s. It will be interesting to see what they say went wrong.
