Same thing Randy posted by trimmed down to just the mood disorder section. With a single episode you should be able to get a waiver, just need to pass the 2 year mark. Did you get a evaluation when you stopped taking the SSRIs? If so, and you have a previous psychiatrist saying you were stable before the one that said you were in partial remission, you may be able to dispute it. I was told by an AME that since my diagnosis and prescription was from a PA it could be overruled by a psychiatrist. Not a one-to-one scenario so take it with a grain of salt, but might be worth a try.
