Good morning all! Has anyone done this or has a better understanding of the system? I am close to 500 hours and could get my multi, but do not have an aviation degree background. I have a Bachelor of Science in construction management.

    • Hey Maverick,

Are you referring to the Civil Path to Wings (CPW) program? If so, the AFRC guidebook provides detailed information on the process. From what I’ve read, there is no requirement for an aviation degree. You just need a degree and meet the minimum flight experience requirements, including 500 total hours, a commercial license, MEI,…

If anyone is on the fence about retaking the TBAS, DO IT!!!

I had a PCSM of 82 after my first TBAS. I checked this morning and my PCSM is now 97!!

My backstory is I am actively applying to squadrons. I’m also at the point where maybe I get my ME rating and 500+ hours and try…

        • I’ve had some issues with getting reset to a completed step on pilot pathway and blocked from the next one, but if you go to “courses” and search the pilot pathway course you’re trying to access it’ll let you in and will show completed on the pilot pathway when you’re done.
