UPT Phone Interview
What’s up guys,
Got an invite yesterday from MNANG for a phone interview on the 17th of this month. Kinda stressing since the first interview is so soon after the invite. Has anyone here done a phone interview for a squadron? If so, what kind of questions do they typically ask? The email stated it will only be 10-15 mins, and if all goes well…

Congratulations on landing a phone interview! Another step forward on the process! Think of and treat the phone interview like you’re there in person. I have not. They probably have a lot of applications to go through, so I’m assuming sometime this month they’ll contact about interviews.
